  • How much does Fandom Fest Cost?
    We love to boast about how admission is free (because it is!), but it must be known that some costs still do apply. Vendors and exhibitors come with their merchandise ready to sell.
  • How much are tickets?
    General Admission tickets are FREE! In the future, there may be paid tickets for breakout sessions, merchandise, or other amazing things but getting into FFSWMI is and always will be free.
  • What does "some fees may apply" mean?"
    We provide vendor booths, food trucks, a bar (must be 21 years of age or older; an ID must be provided), and much more that all cost money. Admittance is - and always will be! - free, but purchasable goods, some celebrity services, and third party refreshments are not.
  • Where are you located?
    The Grand Upton Hall in the Mendel Center at Lake Michigan College.
  • How can I signup for the Cosplay Contest?
    All you have to do is sign in when you enter the Grand Upton Hall. Cosplay will have it's own station when you enter.
  • Can I sell merchandise at your Con?
    You most certanially can! All that you would have to do if fill out our vendor application found on our Vendor page and submit it at least one month before the Con begins. The last date you can apply is March 23rd, 2020.
  • How can I apply to become a vendor?
    You can request a form via contacting support, or you can find and fill out a full application found on our Vendor page. After your form is completed, you can email it to fanfest7437@gmail.com, or direct mail it to 213 E. Wall St. Benton Harbor, MI 49022. Some fees do apply.
  • Why is your PayPal addressed to "Benton Harbor Public Library"?"
    As acting fiduciary for the Fandom Fest of Southwest Michigan, the Benton Harbor Public Library holds all financial responcibilities. So, while it may say to make to payment/donation to the BHPL, your money actaully goes to Fandom Fest.
  • Why does it say I have multiple tickets if I only purchased a General Admissions and an add-on?
    Due to our ticketing service’s setup process, add-ons appear as separate “tickets” on your order summary. So worry not, Attendee, you only have one “General Admissions” ticket with your add-ons.
  • I can’t attend anymore but I already ordered my FREE admissions ticket. Do I have to refund?
